Using hivepic

You need an account to generate and save images, and you must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age at which you may consent to online services in your country, if that is higher — to create one. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the images you generate. By marking an image as public you grant us a licence to display it in the gallery and share it on social platforms.

Acceptable use

hivepic is a text-to-image generator: anything you type can become a picture, so you are responsible for what you ask for. You must not use hivepic to create, upload or share content that:

  • Sexualises minors. Any sexual content involving children or anyone under 18 — including drawings, anime, or "aged-down" depictions of real or fictional people — is strictly forbidden. We report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities.
  • Is violent or graphic. Depictions of real people being tortured, dismembered or killed; gore made to shock; or content that glorifies or gives instructions for terrorism, mass violence or self-harm.
  • Is a deepfake or impersonation. Realistic images of identifiable people presented as authentic when they are not, or made without their consent; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that impersonates a person, brand or public authority in order to deceive.
  • Is sexually explicit — pornographic or fetish content.
  • Is harassing, hateful or discriminatory — targeted abuse or threats, or attacks on people because of their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation.
  • Infringes intellectual property — reproducing protected characters, logos or franchises, or passing generated work off as licensed or official.
  • Is otherwise illegal — including fraud, malware, or anything unlawful in your country or ours.

You must also not attempt to bypass generation limits or our content checks, scrape the service, or resell access without permission. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Content moderation

We do not hand-review every image, but we do run an automated content-safety check on both the prompts you submit and the images we produce:

  • Prompts are screened before generation. If a prompt is flagged it is refused — you are not charged, and no image is generated.
  • Generated images are screened after generation. If an image is flagged it is neither delivered nor published, and the credits it used are automatically returned to you.

Automated screening is a filter, not a judge: it will not catch everything and can occasionally flag legitimate content. Reports from people always take priority over the filter, and a human reviews them.

Reporting content

If you see content on hivepic that breaks these rules — including any sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content impersonating a real person — please report it:

  • Email threehai@outlook.com with the subject line Report, including the image or page link, a short description, and why you believe it violates these terms.
  • For child-safety reports, put CSAM in the subject line. We treat these as our highest priority.

What happens next:

  1. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
  2. We review the content against these terms, with a human making the final call.
  3. If it breaks the rules we remove it and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate the account. Repeated or serious violations lead to a permanent ban.
  4. Where the content is criminal — in particular any child sexual abuse material — we preserve the relevant records and report it to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-protection authority.
  5. We may tell you the outcome, though we cannot always share the details of an action taken against another account.

If you believe your own content was removed by mistake, email the same address and we will take another look.

Generated content disclaimer

Images on hivepic are produced by AI models (Ideogram 4.5 via fal.ai). They are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not rely on them as factual, legal or professional advice.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed through our payment provider (Waffo, acting as merchant of record) and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; credits are granted at the start of each billing period, do not roll over, and are not exchangeable for cash. 1 credit covers one standard-quality image and 4 credits cover one high-quality image. Unused credits expire at the end of the period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Unused credits do not carry over and are not refundable.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with hivepic. The following applies:

  • First-time purchase — you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have not used any generation credits.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges — refunded in full.
  • Service failure — if paid generations repeatedly fail and you receive no images, we will refund the affected charges.
  • Not refundable — billing periods in which credits have already been used, and unused credits left over at the end of a period.

To request a refund, email threehai@outlook.com with your account email and order ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Waffo, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days.
